We are currently looking for a Team Lead SEO in one of our international projects. We already have 2 SEO teams, and we are currently planning to build a third team from scratch. Stack: SC, GA, Ahrefs, Netpeak Spider, Screaming Frog, A-Parser or equivalent, SurferSEO.
You will be responsible for: — Forming and managing a team of 3-4 SEO Specialists; — SEO analysis of competitors; — Website technical audits; — Formation of a project promotion strategy; — Preparing a plan based on links; — Setting and monitoring assignments by copywriters/authors, developers, designers, and webmasters; — Data collection and clusterization, compilation of technical specifications for texts for different GEOs (US, LatAm, DE, BR, etc.); — Work with parasite SEO; — Preparation of forecasts on budget, traffic and orders, as well as their implementation.
What we’re looking for: — At least 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist; — Proficiency in written English (B1 level at least); — Deep knowledge of the principles of internal and external SEO optimization of websites; — Experience in applying various link building strategies; — Average knowledge of HTML/CSS for interaction with developers and basic technical diagnostics; — Knowledge of the basic principles of search engines, their algorithms, filters and patents; — Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama and others); — Experience with programs such as GSA, RankerX, Xrumer; — Able to work with the API and configure the parsing of necessary information; — Experience in creating and managing a PBN network.
