We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of User Acquisition to build, lead, and scale our media buying department. This is a key leadership position with direct impact on the company's growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing the overarching user acquisition strategy for the company, aligning with overall business objectives and P&L goals.
Owning the department's budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Defining and monitoring top-level KPIs (ROAS, LTV, CAC, scale) for the entire UA department, reporting directly to senior management.
Identifying, evaluating, and spearheading entry into new traffic sources and growth opportunities beyond the core channels.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Team Leads and senior media buyers; fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
Overseeing the structure, hiring, and resource allocation for the UA department.
Establishing and optimizing scalable processes for campaign management, testing, data analysis, and communication within the department and with other teams.
Being responsible for the department's tech stack selection and integration (e.g., BI tools, attribution platforms, automation software).
Driving cross-functional collaboration between different departments.
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record in performance marketing, with a deep expertise in Meta/Facebook advertising.
Experience in leading a department of 10+ people.
Extensive experience in the gambling vertical is essential.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale UA budgets and driving profitable growth at a company-wide level.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and complex financial analysis.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively influencing senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of how to foster synergy between UA, Designers, Analysts, and Product teams.
