You will be responsible for:
— Creation and leadership of a team of developers working on mobile applications for the App Store and Google Play platforms.
— Development and implementation of ASO strategies to increase app visibility and downloads.
— Analysis and monitoring of ASO traffic indicators, working with analytics tools and optimization based on data.
— Working closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that applications meet current trends and user requirements.
— Support and improvement of existing applications, as well as participation in the development of new projects.
— Mentoring and training of team members, and the development of their professional skills.
What we’re looking for:
— At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position (Team Lead, Head Developer).
— Deep understanding of ASO principles and experience working with ASO traffic analysis tools.
— Strong knowledge in the development of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms (Swift, Kotlin, Java, etc.).
— Experience in managing development teams, excellent leadership and communication skills.
— The ability to work in a multitasking environment and to make decisions based on data analysis.
— The desire to develop and implement innovative approaches to improve your team’s work.
