We are currently looking to recruit PPC Specialists with expertise in Google Ads and experience in Web. This position is at the Middle or Senior level.
You will be responsible for:
— Setting up, launching, optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs for ROAS; CPA.
— Formation and testing of hypotheses to find points of growth in the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
— Work with BI systems.
— Creation and development of creatives.
— Participation in team brainstorm sessions.
— Communication with partners regarding the purchase of traffic.
— Market research and competitor analysis for UA insights and references.
What we’re looking for:
— At least 3 years of experience working with Google ADS in the gamedev industry in general.
— Experience working in Web and mobile, but more so in Web.
— Google Sheets, Excel skills (pivot tables).
— Experience in setting tasks for the creative team and providing feedback.
— Basic knowledge of statistics.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to make predictions.
— The desire to learn and to test new hypotheses.
— Experience working with BI systems.
— Ability to prove a high ROI :)
