We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Head of User Acquisition to build, lead, and scale our new department.
This is a key leadership position with direct impact on the company's growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for:- Develop and execute UA strategy for mobile games and apps
- Manage performance budgets and scale acquisition channels (Meta + Google UAC, in-app traffic, networks, etc.)
- Define and optimize key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Retention, etc.
- Drive creative strategy development (video ads, banners, playable ads)
- Work with analytics platforms (AppsFlyer/Adjust), including cohort analysis and A/B testing
- Build and grow the User Acquisition team
What we’re looking for:- 7+ years of overall experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing (mobile games & apps)
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles (Head of UA/Performance/СМО)
- Hands-on experience and strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google UAC, in-app traffic, networks, and other acquisition channels
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per month) and scaling performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CTR, IR, CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS, ROI, ARPPU, ARPU, Retention, etc.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ specialists
- Willingness to complete a test assignment
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
Nice to have:- Experience specifically in casual / midcore games, health apps, photo apps, etc.
- Experience building processes from scratch
- Proven track record with real case studies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
